I can't believe it has been a week already, time sure flies. It really has been an uneventful week everything has gone so smooth, I feel great no pain or side effects from my surgery  at all. As I have read with alot of others am having troubles getting in all my water it just seems I am too full to pu**** all in. I can't wait  to get outside to get more walking in and when warmer some swimming. My thought right now are with Chris aka Rhody, and Johana, who's  surgeries will be up coming in the next week, I am sure you both will come out with flying colors as I did, you both welcome to call me at any time with questions you may have.
Thank you everyone
Romeo

One week out for me as well, and like you no complications at all, I am running errands with my Mom and walking around, I am very tired but other then that, my shakes are staying down along with water etc.   I finally got to sleep on my stomach last night Yeah..... so all is well here too.  My 1st post op appointment is the 4/16/09, cant wait to see if I can incorporate an egg etc.... please let me know what your vitiam regimiate is like: Mine.. morning shake, muilti vit, Calicum, Vit B, Affternoon shake, calicum, Biotin, Multi vitiam, Dinner: shake, B-12.  I am not sure if this is right or not.... I am also living on sf jello and Popsciles...

Hope all is working out with you to, keep me updated... :)

I know I am still preo op but... you should take your calcium within 2 hours or more of your multi... Iron and calcium do not play well together!  Other than that I think it sounds great!
