TDI Question

Do you fill out the form before surgery or after? 

Well I dont think you can do it before....  You have to answer the day you went in the hospital and the day you were discharged for everything to be complete.  I filled out the online application a few days after surgery when I was home.  Just my .02

Thanks Rob!!  I only remember when I was on maternity leave and I was able to fill it out early... but things have changed!

I used to handle Medical Leaves for my company and I can tell you for sure that TDI doesn't want to hear from you until you are actually out of work. HTH.

They will not take it until the 1st day you are out.  I know they did this to me last time.

Hi guys....I filled out the form online when i got home from the hospital...then be prepared to wait...they sent me a form saying i was approves,,,sent an atm card so i could get money from the bank,,,then nothing....once or twice a week i would call the number they gave me only to find out there was no money in the account....finally 5 weeks later , the week i went back to work, they paid me....i tried to call a couple of times but could never get through...so good luck
