I had to share with my OH family....
I know, I know...I need to be around more lately...and I will be very soon I hope. As most of you know, I've been very busy lately with my classes to obtain my real estate license and I have wonderful news. I took my licensing exam yesterday and I passed!!!!
Now all there is left for me to do is figure out who I'm working with and submit my license application this week. I've already spoken with Coldwell Banker and I believe I am going to go to work with them. I have a second meeting with the broker in Barrington on Wednesday to go over all the financial information. All that leaves me is to have 3 homeowners sign off on my application saying I'm a good person..and mail it in. So from what I understand I should have the paper license for the Dept of Business Regulation in a couple weeks and I'll officially be a RI Real Estate Agent! So if anyone knows someone looking to buy or sell make sure you contact me...lol.
Thanks to everyone for bearing with me while I have been dealing with learning all this law and missing so many support meetings. Now that that part is over, I'm hoping to make it to the meetings again! I cant wait to see everyone and catch up!!
