Hey,
Thanks for being there for me last night. That was awful!! I'll never eat salad again!!
The pain was so bad I really thought I was having a heart attac****il you replied to my post.
I couldn't take it anymore so I just used the old toothbrush down the throat trick and pushed the eject button, then I felt much better.
I HATE to throw up so that's definately not in danger of becoming a habit, but I really needed to do that last night..I am going out today and buying some Papaya Enzyme to have on hand in case that ever happens again! On a good note, the scale is no longer stuck and I dropped 12 pounds last week all at once...kinda crazy these scales are!

Hey Pam,

I'm glad you got through it. What an aweful feeling, huh?

It's a good reminder to make sure we try 'new' foods while at home. Imagine being at a restaurant or someone's house and having that happen. On top of what WE feel, it scares the pants off our family and friends when it happens too!

I would wait a couple weeks and try the salad again. Being much more aware of chewing well. Salad is soooo yummy!

It was awful. I seriously have to say it was more painful than childbirth and I had both my kids natural. I though I was dying literally.
I still don't feel that great today, my pouch is still recovering I guess from the drama. From now on it's chew chew chew and chew some more and then maybe some more! LOL
