Where do you stick the needle?  I do not need it until after surgery but I am curious to know where I have to stick myself!

If that is the blood thinner I have to take it after surgery and you give yourself the needle in your belly

I work with patients that have to take it and it is in the stomach area.  If your husband is not squeamish you could ask him to give it to you :)

I had to take it two weeks after I got home from the hospital...when you get the script filled it will be in needles arleady.  Like mention in the belly I did in the lower part near where they gave me the blood thinner in the hospital!

Thanks everyone! I am fine with the needles... I had gestational diabetes with my second pregnancy and had to give myself insulin shots.  A tip for anyone who will have to do this - do it in a stretch mark!!  I didn't feel the needle in the stretch marks, but it hurt like hell on the good skin!
