HUGE number of Fitness related events in RI for FREE!!

Shape Up RI has a calendar on their website of TONS of fitness related activities that are currently going on in the local RI area. I can tell you that there is a no "ID card" for Shape Up RI participants, so really these events are open to anyone that says there are participating in the program. They even include a Healthy Eating demo by J&W chef Frank Terranova this Saturday morning which I am going to and a free 5 day pass to the Westerly YMCA! Check it out if you are interested -
