Scale still stuck please help
I was hoping someone could go over my menu with me and try to help me figure out what is going on. Any help would be appreciated.
My scale is still stuck and driving me insane. I am just over 3 months out and have lost 68 pounds. I still have a lot to lose and I'm afraid it will stop..here is what I am eating. Any ideas?
Breakfast
1/2 bowl of Kashi go lean cereal
Lunch
Leftover meat from last nights dinner or lunch meat and cheese or tuna or 1/2 a multigrain tortilla spread with refried beans and cheese.
Dinner
Meat and veggies of some kind
Sometimes I'll have a few sugar free popsicles after dinner
I'm also not drinking enough water but trying to get in as much as possible. I am drinking crystal light, tea, and flat diet soda. and 4 optisource vits a day
SO any ideas for me to get this scale moving again?

How many calories are you getting in?
How many calories are you expending?
Are you getting in at least 64 oz. of fluids per day?
How much sodium are you taking in?
Are you tracking your intake of food?
You're three months out now. Time to see your nutritionist again. Your NUT can really give you better ideas on how to jump start your weightloss again.
68 pounds in three months is nothing to sneeze at! That's an average of 22+ pounds per MONTH lost! Your body does need some adjustment time.
Don't forget....with RN"Y, this is your best window of opportunity to lose the weight! Exercise as much as you possibly can! Take advantage of these few months you have left to lose the most amount of weight!
Water aerobics, Walking (a pedometer helps)!
Just get up, get out and do it!
