Dr Sax /RI surgeons and DS surgery Any advice?

I am a MA resident looking for a surgeon to do the DS surgery.  I would love to go to KY and see Dr Husted but I cannot even begin to imagine how to cope with the issues of travel and expenses etc. I had a RNY 10 years ago and am back to a BMI of 40 with some major comorbids.  My surgeon is pushing Stomaphyx and actively discouraging a RNY revision (for valid reasons of complications associated with revisions)  I found Dr Sax  and Dr Phol but I didn't see anything on Dr Phol's site about how many DS surgeries he has done. Any info greatly appreciated on Dr Sax, Dr Phol or any surgeons in the northeast doing DS surgery
