When we get sick what can we take??

Hello family...I was just wondering what we can take when we get sick?  I feel the sore throat..runny nose..lil headache... typical cold thing coming on...nothing serious but want to get it over before it gets me!!  And a few people at work are sick...great!  Anyways can we take Zycam or Airborne? What do you take when you get a cold or feel it coming on?

Hi Rob - sorry you are sick. When I feel something like that coming on, I pump the Vitamin C and take Tylenol cold and sinus.

Well, my flirty friend...I think Laura gave you excellent advice. I think I would do the same for a cold! And lots of warm tea and other clear beverages!

When it comes to meds, in moderation, as long as it has no NSAIDs (non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory drug) and you stay away from aspirin, you should be fine. If in doubt call your doc, k?
