Help!!! My Nut is no longer able to me accommodate

I had to change nuts because my nut no longer works out of Newport anymore (Where I work) so after my surgery I was scheduled with someone else out of Warwick office. However, she is pregnant and will soon be on maturity leave and can't accommodate my work hours. i was scheduled to see her on March 2nd. but Friday afternoon I received a call letting me know she won't be working late that day and was told I had to reschedule my appointment but I am still waiting for them to call me back with an appointment that would work for both of us. I think I need to shop around for someone else. Any suggestions from my OH friends would be appreciated.

I see Heather Gagliardi of Nutrition Inc. in East Providence who I really like. I know others on this board use her too, although I don't know if she would be any more convenient for you.

I dont know how you feel about driving, but I see Peggy O'Neill at Healthway RI in Cranston and she has evening hours.  Peggy is extremely knowledgeable about the surgery and a pleasure to deal with.

I see Heather Gagliardi as well. I, personally, think she's the best in the land of NUTs!

She really takes her time with me. No 10-15 minute appointments with her. They are always enjoyable, relaxing and VERY informative.

Pat is her receptionist and will get you in ASAP. Especially if you tell her what you've just gone through with your NUT appt.

Thanks for the reference.  I have to admit have been very much negligent in seeing the NUT, but i wasn't particularly fond of the first one i saw. and i was foolishly thinking I didn't need to see one again. I saw your post and it really kicked my butt back into gear   I called Heather this office the morning and got an appointment for early next week!  Thanks for the help.  -Anthea

Thanks OH friends you are always so helpful. I was thinking about calling Heather and I may do that first thing tomorrow morning. Driving isn't a issue, I work in Newport but live in Johnston. My issue is getting someone to accommodate my work hours so I don't miss time out of work  or not to much time.

Yippeeee  I Called Heather Gagliardi's Office this morning and they was so accommodating. I have an appointment on March 18th. Hopefully my Nut problem is solved. I want to thank everyone for there help & advice.

as someone new to the gb surgery, im curious if most of you that have had surgery have a personal nut ?  I thought the one that the DR. office offered woiuld be enough, but now im thinking it might not be ?

I switched to Heather a few months ago and love her.  Thanks Julie for the recommendation, she's my next favorite person to see after Dr. Pohl.
