Hello and welcome Tiffany.  You will find great, super supportive people here on the RI Forum.  Know that as I've gone through this process, have gained so much from the members here.  Maybe one day soon, you'll want to meet some of us in person at one the support groups, which of course you can attend as an "investigator."  Good luck wishes as you come on this journey.

Hi Tiffany,    like everyone else here... welcome to the board.  You are doing the right thing by investigating and checking everything out.  I did alot of research and what I felt was best for me and my lifestyle.  You really do learn alot at the meetings and also here.  Good luck and definetly ask any and all questions you want.  We are glad to be there for you.  Take care!   Eldy
