Just take it slow and do what you can.  Do you have chewable gas-x?  That along with a low heating pad helped relieve my gas pain.

Welcome to your new life, and please feel free to ask anything.

Hello there.  Must feel good to be home and doing well.  Give yourself sometime with the fluids and protein intake.  You're just getting home and settled in.  Before you know it, you'll have your own routine down.  Keep at it, you'll get there.

Hi!

Welcome Home!

Make sure your moving around. Walk around the house, walk outside when you can. It'll help move the gas around and help make room for some sips of water!

Just do the best you can do. That's all they ask!

I found that drinking warm clear liquids like chicken and beef broth or clam juice and decaf tea (with no milk in it) really helped me get my liquids in during the first couple weeks. My pouch was sensitive to the cooler stuff so it made me more gassy.

Glad you're on the losers' bench!

Hope to see you on here often!

Jules
