FINALLY home from the hospital...update on me and Griffin!

Hi Everyone!
I don't have a lot of time,  but wanted to do a quick update post. Griffin Alexander was born on January 21 at 4:48pm, weighing 8 pounds 2 ounces and 21 inches long! He is beautiful (of course, I'm biased!) and perfect and healthy, thank God. I had a very difficult post-partum, and was admitted to the hospital 2 more times after my original discharge due to scary high blood pressures. It took them a long time and a lot of medication to get them under control. I finally came home this past Wednesday and seem to be doing better. Thankfully, Vin was able to take 3 weeks off from work, so he's home helping until a week from Tuesday.

Life with 3 kids is crazy but they LOVE their new brother and are both very helpful with him! I am going to try to put a pic in this message, but I'm not sure if I can, but I will be posting more pics soon on facebook (Krista Curran Iacobucci). Hope to see you guys soon!

Congratulations on your new bundle of joy! I'm sorry to hear about the tough post-partum period you've had. You must be exhausted!

I have just found out that I am expecting and due in October.  This will be our third child, first post-op.  What did you take for vitamins during  your pregnancy?

I hope your family is getting some rest.
