Hi all,
I am having an awful time getting all my water in. It makes me nauseous. Isn't that strange? I'm not really doing to good with my water intake at all so any pointers are appreciated.
Also a little rant. I lost my Wii fit cd!!
I can't find the crazy thing anywhere! UGH! And since I don't have a scale I haven't weighed myself since I lost my Wii fit so I'm feeling really really fat today and unable to weigh so I'm feeling like I gained, even though I'm sure I haven't, but I really hate not being able to weigh myself...ok that's my rant for the day. If anyone has any ideas about the water that would be great..
Thanks.
Pam who is slowly learning when she is full and should stop eating.

Hi Pam!  Well,  I haven't had surgery yet, but I go to the support meetings and have noticed that alot of people put flavorings in the water.  There is crystal lights that have no sugar in them.  I just bought today, Kool Aid on the go (sugar free), they are berry flavored and really good.  That might help a little.  I know sometimes i just can't drink plain water.  I need something to taste.  I am sure you'll get some really clever responses here.  Good luck!  I hope that helps!  Eldy

Hi,
I am one for not drinking enough water.  I use a lot of the ice tea and other flavor from crystle lite. That help me some.

I do the crystal lights and so forth, but I also have an XL decaf hot tea with lemon everyday from Dunkins.  I was a big Starbucks junkie before my revision which got me in big trouble - so now I have the decaf tea with nothing else in it just a fresh lemon wedge.   I get to count that toward my water and it gives me the feeling of having that coffee cup in hand.

Hope you find your Wii Fit cd.  That would drive me crazy.
