Finally got wii hooked up!!!

Hi,
I finally got my friends son come hook my wii up. I tried myself but could not do it. But I was so close.
But any way, now I am going to hook up the wii fit. Can anyone tell me what a good place to start is.
I have a rug so I guess I need to put a board under it.
Any thoughts on where to start?

I sit my wii fit board on the rug with no issues.  I also have a yoga mat that I use when doing the yoga workout.  Start anywhere and just take your time.  I like the balance section, but now I do a lot more in the aerobic & yoga part of it.  I need to focus on the stregnth part but for now i'm having fun doing my own thing.
