Update on Katie

Katies surgery went well - she is in a bit of pain but otherwise doing great!

I saw her and her family in the waiting room this morning but I didn't realize it was HER! I feel so bummed that I didn't even give her a hug or anything before she went in! I'm gonna have to make up for it!!!

I met Katie today!

She and her bo were zooming (walking) the hallways. She's such a spirited young woman. Huge smile on her face (Morphine will do that to a person) and ready to have this journey well on it's way.

It was so great to see her.

Thanks a bunch!!! I'm finally home and feeling happy to be home. I was stuck there for an extra day because i got sick.
