I was told we would lose an ~average~ of 3-5 lbs a week at the beginning. So it seems you're right on target! No worries!
Keep in mind that you may be losing the fat and gaining some great muscle tone! That's not so bad considering, in the long run, it'll help you lose more weight, more quickly than if you don't work that body.
You're doing great! I wish I was back to losing 3 lbs a wee****ep it going! I'm proud of ya!
BTW, have you seen your nutritionist since your surgery? What does he/she say?
