Hey, Big Rhody here !  missed you at mariam SG, best of luck on surgery,hope all is well, sucks the pats did not get in to playoffs , oh well, next year !!  your surgery will be a breeze after all the hard work you have done!! Balls to the well my friend, i will check in next week to see how things turned out !!!

As always... I am late to the party..... but my wishes are no less sincere, Rob. 

You and I started this journey pretty much on the same day... both attending the support group at the Miriam hospital... and look at you!  Already down 100+ lbs!!  That is freaking awesome!!  And without surgery even!  You are sooooo going to be a success with your RNY, Rob.  I am proud of you... and hope you continue to consider me a friend. 

(uh hmmmm.... didn't see my name in that list of those that have your phone number either... but I do!)
