Help - sick as a dog, need advice

Well I was feeling pretty optimistic and excited because I was hungry last night.  I had slept alot in the afternoon and my fever finally broke.  Actually got up and took a shower, did my hair and put on some make-up.  Needed the make-up, I look like hell right now.   Had Matt take me to the supermarket to get some more tissues and to buy food, was hungry but wasn't sure for what and of course I didn't want anything in the house.  We were gone maybe 30 minutes came home and was exhausted.  Matt cooked up dinner and I ate with him and took some more robutussin and went to bed.  Been up now since 3:30am and feel like hell, now my sinuses have started but at least I don't have a fever. 

Just hoping to be able to goto work tomorrow.
