Congrats on the GOAL!!!! Keep up the good work! I am Back on Track and going to put bumpers around me so I don't fall off again!!! I have a mini goal...to be 215 by the 22nd! (That is when I see Pohl, so that is 10 lbs in 22 days, I CAN DO IT!

Sorry I didn't respond sooner. My computer was messed up and just got it working again, Thanks to my husband because I am stupid and have no patience when it comes to the computer. I am glad you are doing great. 185! that is fantastic.
