Surgery

Wow was an adventure!

Surgery went well no problems . Hospital was understaffed but was treated good and i had a really attentive nurse. snowstorm was crazy.
Went home sore but ok.

My stomach has a big bruise due to several heperin shots and several incisions. Its been going good. I have been feeling very tight in the chest at night and in the mornings. Can't lay on my side well.

I have been sipping the protein shakes and can hear when they go down.lol and water. Also walking constantly.

I am glad the surgery is over and i can get back to concentrating on becoming the healthiest i can.

One Question:

If you drink a protein shake can you leave it out on the table or do you have to keep putting it back in the fridge?
Not sure if they go bad.

Glad to hear the surgery went well and your doing good.

I usually put them back in the fridge if its been more than an hour and I haven't finished them.  Especially if they are made with milk or any type of dairy product.
