Older or Younger?

I've gotten alot of comments that I look younger.  I was lucky that all the sagging skin I have is in my stomach, arms and legs - NOT in my face and chin.

Laura you definately younger.  When I look at everyone's before photos and their progress, I am amazed at how much younger everyone looks.  We are shedding not just pounds but years.  Maybe it's the glow and look of health that people have, but it's just amazing.  I find too that when I was at my heaviest I also did not take particularly good care of myself - hair, clothes, etc.  So I think it's the total package.  The better you feel about yourself, the better you project and carry yourself.  It's just amazing.

And Ms. Cara - 51!  You looked younger than that in your beofre Avatar, but now!!!!  You are just turning back the clock.

Keep up the good work everyone and keep turning that clock back!!!
