I am really getting tired of pain

I knew this was to good to be true.  I had been doing so well, almost pain free.  Able to move around and be like my old self.  To good to be true.  Yesterday I went outside to help Chip with the shoveling the Snow.  OMG my upper back. Just sitting here is hurting.  Only time it feel OK is when standing up straight.  I am so  tired of pain.  I had pain when I was 345lbs  then I lost that and pain got less .  Then  what do I do brake the hip MORE PAIN.  Now the hip is fixed and now this.  Is there a end.  OK I know I am acting like a baby I am just tired of it being one thing after another.  I thought if I wrote about it it would help.  I think I woke up muscles that have been sleeping for years in my back do to me being fat before.  OH YEAH and the other thing that has got me  off on this  little baby fit. for the past 2 week I have lost nothing.  I am stuck.  That is got me more then the back.  OK I am done thanks for the ears.

Love you guys

Lee Lee,

I hear you! I know about pain. It's very frustrating! Although my pain has improved since losing some weight, it's still there! I know you've gone from one thing to the next. You've definitely had your share of pain. I'm sorry you're going through more.

You know, you're probably right...it may be muscular. I'm not a professional and I'm not you but this is what I would do...

Do some stretching exercises today. Shoveling is kind of exercising. So, you should stretch it. Take some Tylenol. Make sure you're moving around a bit. If you sit and 'baby' it, it'll get stiff and hurt more. Got a heating pad? That may help too.

And what the hemp are you doing shoveling snow anyway??? Hire a neighborhood kid. It may cost a little but it isn't worth going through what you're going through!

I'll give you more hemp (can't spell out the correct word cuz OH won't allow it) next time I see you.

Love you!

Hey Julie,

Thanks on the tip for heating pad that seem to help a lot.   Chip would not let me do anything today.  Told me to rest.  So I did.  Sometime I get going and forget that   even if people say I look so much younger I am still no a 20 year old anymore

Don't give me to much hemp. lmao   Chip has been doing that all day.

Love yah

Definitely sounds like your Lats have muscle pain.   Get some Icy Hot...they make a stick that looks like a deodorant stick and it works the best of anything I have used in years for muscle pain.  I know you feel bad today, but throw some of that on and you will be like new in a few days.  Yep, waking up some muscles you don't use that often, and it takes a little while to get them back into shape.  Hope you feel better.

I'm so sorry that you are in pain Lisa. Sounds like you have gotten some great advice about the pain, so I wont even go into that. As for the stall....its just a stall and you will lose more. 2 week stalls are completely normal so just hang in there and things will get going again.
Feel free to call me ANYTIME!

NO more shoveling  for me.  I am not 20 anymore.  The doctor said I pulled the muscle in the mid to upper back.  Guess I will live with it until better.
Thanks for the thoughts.  I am sure I will bounce back.
