Yesterday I went to lunch with Joe and ate my normal 1/2 a tuna melt with swiss cheese on wheat toast from Chelo's (only ate 1/2 the bread). Immediately after I finished I was in pain. My stomach felt horrible and it was so bad that I could barely breathe. Joe and I were out near Julie's house and I didnt know what to do so I said "JOE, TAKE ME TO JULIE'S HOUSE!!!!!" When Julie opened the door I said "I need Papaya Enzyme!!!" She totally took care of me and gave me a bagful - 24 to be exact. I had some serious food stuck and it was the most awful experience ever! I had to eat ALL 24 before I felt better - probably didnt need that many but I was so nervous that I just kept eating them.

Julie - thank you for taking care of me! I love you!

Hi Karen! Papaya Enzyme is a lifesaver! It is a natural meat tenderizer and if you have food stuck you chew a couple and it will naturally break it down in your pouch so you dont have to sit in pain for hours!

You can buy it at any health store like GNC or Vitamin World. CVS Pharmacy can order it if you ask.

It works miracles!

Hey Rob! The papaya enzyme tastes sweet like fruit! I like the way they taste - and they work really good so even if they didnt taste that great I'd eat them anyways! Believe me - when you have something stuck you will do whatever you can to make the feeling go away... it's awful!

Laura, i am so happy you are ok, all i can say is i wish i had that Papaya Enzyme today i ate some food that i will never ever i swear eat again.  I was out with my gf and her niece and she wanted McDonalds so we went and i had a few chicken nuggets and a snack wrap.  BIG MISTAKE i could not move a little while after we ate due to the food being either stuck or the grease was too much for my stomach to handle and the pain was so uncomfortable.  It was the first time i had anything like that since surgery and i should of had a salad but i felt so hungry i didnt realize the damage i was doing.  So where can i get this Papaya Enzyme id love to have some with me for times like this.  Not that i will be eating McDonalds again but if i get that feeling. Again i am glad you are ok.

ok, first I have to admonish you Laura! Dont scare me like that! I read the title and thought something had happened..lol
Ok, now so glad the papaya enzyme worked well for you. I actually just picked some up today. NWL in Fall River is going out of business and I got a bottle of 100 for around $3. I hadn't ever tried them, but I'd read they were good so I picked up a bottle.
