That is great news about having all your testing done. You on well on your way. Don't beat yourself up about the last supper syndrome I believe we all go though it. I know I did. I was at 323 when I 1st met my doctor and went to 345 when i went back just before the surgery. Now I am at 186lbs. So you see that last supper stuff don't last to long. You will be well, on your way to the biggest loser bench just like all of us. Have a great holiday and good luck on a really great year to come for you.

Hey,
In no time you'll be LilRhody! Ha Ha
I don't think there are many of us who have made it through the pre-op days without having the last supper syndrome. My thought is that if we hadn't had that obsession with food to begin with, we would not have become obese in the first place.
Thank goodness we have each other!
That's great that you've started walking! This is probably a good time to start making sure you're getting in some protein too. It's been found that getting in at least 45gms of protein each day prior to surgery helps the healing process. And the exercise also helps considerably! Good for you!
Please let us know how your Appt goes and when you get your date!
I'm dusting off a space on the losers bench for ya!

Hello Rhody. You must be thrilled to have all the testing out of the way. Think there's many of us who had the last supper weight gain pre-op. Keep moving with your walking program which will surely help with those pounds and get you ready for your post-op exercise program.
Good luck at your appointment on Friday. Just to let you know the "flow," at this appointment Dr. Sax will give you the OK to go ahead for the surgery and then he turns things over to the staff to work with your insurance company to get approval. When I went through the process, I got my date about 10 days after from my "a-ok" appointment.
Stay focused on the positive.
