OK, now I'm REALLY pissed....
First of all, thank you to all of you *****sponded to my post about the break-in, I appreciate all the support I get on this board SO much! We are definitely looking into an alarm system and other security measures for the house.
Anyway, when Ava went to bed last night, she said "Where is my dinosaur bank??" The f@$#$%$
#$%%$^&$ that broke in my house took my 3-year-old little girl's PIGGY BANK. She had a wooden pink dinosaur, about 2 feet tall, that has a big clear belly that all the change goes in. She loved it and we had it personalized with her name. They must has spied it next to her bed when they came out of our room at the other end of the hall, and just took the whole damn thing. The kids don't know anything about the robbery, thank God, so my husband had to lie to her and tell her he broke it by accident. Poor girl. Aidan also has one, but they didn't take his for some reason.
There is definitely a special place in hell for people who steal from CHILDREN.
