support groups
Well I have been to 2 of the support groups that the psych Dr. Toba ordered me to attend, I will admit they are not bad. I have to attend four to six groups, so that is not too bad.
I also had my third visit the the nutritionist. I have lost 11 1/2 pound since I started to see here since September.
If all goes well, I have my stress test in December and I will be finished with the nutritonist by Feburary so she says I might be looking at mid to late Feb or march.
We went over the protein shakes and the diet that I will have to follow before and after the surgury. Can anyone recommend a good protein drink?
thanks

Mix 1 1/2 scoops with 12 ounces of water. Most are 135 Calories, 34.5 grams of Protein and ZERO fat. AND it counts toward our fluid intake.
