Back Pain

I am so sorry to here this. THe same thing happened to me. I had more back pain after and it seemed like the more weight I lossed the more it hurt. I found out that I have degenerative disc diesease in my lower right disc that sits right on the siadic nerve so when it acts up along with pain my legs go numb. Crazy huh I am only 24 so I understand completely. THey said to me it was beacuse you probable had it before but did not notice beacse of the extr cushion so to speak an now that your framw is smaller from loosing the weight everything is shifting and irritating things. Crazy. It will get better though I promise.

I have been taking the Celebrex and my back feels a little better. I started therapy but didn't really like the way it is run. I have talk to a few people and I guess everyplace is the same. They show you how to do the exercises and then walk away to get another patient ready, come back give me another exercise and then leave. Don't they make sure I am doing right . They shoudl be counting for me i startd counting and then I forget where I am at ahhh......
