Meeting Wednesday night

Hi all!  its been such along time since i have been here.  But i am soooo excited!  I can actually go to the meeting tonight at RW!  Thank you Julie for making this meeting happen.   Tuesdays and Thursdays are so hard for me due to Karate classes at that time.  But Wednesdays are usually good for me.  I really need to go too.  I feel so out of the loop!  I feel like this process is neverending.   I had all my testing done and insurance approval, then i got a call from Dr G's office and they said I had to see the Cariologist because my stress test was outdated.  So I went yesterday finally and i have an echocardiogram next week and a stress test the first week of December and then a meeting with the Cardiologist again January 13th ( Major Flirts' surgery date).  So hopefully, shortly after that, I will see Dr. G and get a date!    I am very anxious and nervous and worried and all that goes with it.  So i really am in need of a support group and we have the best right here in RI!!   Hope to see you all there!!     Eldy

It can definitely be a long process - but it is SO WORTH IT!!!!!

I'm so glad you are going tonight!

I remember the anxiety and nerves and being worried before the surgery! Seemed like it took forever to arrive. But now, it's been almost six months already. Time will go by before you know it!
