Support Group tonight, Roger Williams, 7-8:30!

Hey Everyone,

Tonight is the start of our new support group at Roger Williams Medical Center!

825 Chalkstone Avenue

Providence, RI 02908

The meeting is 7:00 - 8:30 !

I will be arriving early and staying late so please feel welcome to do the same!

The meeting will be in the Greene Lounge (located behind the cafeteria).

DIRECTIONS once at Roger Williams:

From the main entrance,

Go right

Past set of elevators (West Elevators)

Go left down the stairs at the second elevator (Center Elevator) You will see the Kay Auditorium and Cafeteria sign.

Go down to end of ramp and through door

Cafeteria is on the right

Go all the way straight through the cafeteria

You'll see a door that says "Greene Lounge" above it.

I will have bright yellow posters hanging with directions.

Our guest tonight will be my Nutritionist, Heather Gagliardi; Nutrition, Inc. for an informal Q&A about how to deal with the upcoming holidays!

Hi Julie.

I really enjoyed last night's meeting and wanted to thank you for organizing this new group.   I think it will be very benificial for post-op patients and even though my original surgery was over 2 yrs ago I learned a lot of great tips that I wouldn't have thought of.  

See you after my cruise.

I so sorry I missed this meetng -- But I plan to be at the next one!  Please post next date and time.  I willbe sure to put on my calender.

I am  a few years post op also, and tend to fall of the LapBand wagon LOL!

Last night's meeting was definately a success! We had 20 people in attendance! And we each walked away with something we could use!

The next meeting will be the 3rd Wednesday in December! December 17th! 7 - 8:30/9:00. Just follow the yellow signs that say "Living Life"!

Otherwise, if you would like to share your email with me (PM me), I will be more than happy to email the informational handouts to you!

Julie,  I am so sorry I missed the meeting last night.  I will be at the next meeting.  I really wanted to come, but had a meeting and could not get out of it.  I hope to see you Tuesday night.  I have not been around much lately and could use to see some friendly faces.
