WOW Moment

OK - Today I officially weigh what has been printed on my driver's license since I was 17 years old!!! 

I wonder what these people at the DMV were thinking as they renewed my license for 25 years having it say 140 when I was clearly well over 250 lbs!!!  lol

Oh Pam!

How Awesome! You're post gave me a little giggle.

I was at Walmart a few days ago and the cashier asked for my ID to verify my charge card. She looked at it, looked at me, looked at it....so doubtfully.

I piped in and said "Trust me, that's me...95 pounds ago"! She delightfully said "Wow, you look incredible"! All I could do was beam and say "Thank you".

I won't be surprised if someday the DMV starts weighing us! I bet there are alot of us out there you fib about our weights. Hee hee.

Julie - Same thing happened to me!!  I finally went to the DMV and got a new driver's license made up - we had moved and my old address was on the old license anyway - so I asked the guy if he could do a new photo when he printed it up - he looked at me, then at the old license and laughed - said sureeeeeeeee  lol.  I still didnt' change the weight then even though I was over 150 lbs at the time and the license said 140 - hoped I'd get there at some point

I have to renew my license this year and I cant wait to change my weight on mine!!

HAHA...Since I am not an original RI'er, I thought a "little" fib was ok, so MY drivers license says 240...I started at this journey at 296.

NOW I WEIGHT LESS THAN MY DRIVERS LICENSE WEIGHT!!!!

That makes me feel GOOOOOOOD!

I love that story!   My lisence says 150 lbs.   I haven't been that since i got married 19 years ago.  I am hoping that the next time i have my lisence done i can change it to my true weight.  Which i hope at that time to be 135 or so.  Right now i will stick with the 150.  They really don't need to know!  teehee   Eldy
