I'm officially overweight!
Julie,
My congratulations may be a bit late, but I don't want you to think I have overlooked your success!
I'm so happy for you. You are very deserving of this wonderful new life you've been given. And, as everyone else agrees... you truly are an inspiration. Thank you for being an awesome leader!
Looking forward to seeing you next week!
Hugs,
Vicky

Okay, Breakin' out the tissues here! Seriously!
Karen, I'm so proud of you! You're doing so well. As long as YOUR scale is moving, that's what feels best anyway. Keep walking and just keep sipping!
Can you make it to the new support group on Wednesday, Nov 19th? It's 7 - 8:30 at Roger Williams. I'll have signs posted and I'll be there early and will stay late.
Lisa and Vicky, my two Angelettes....you're doing so well with following your program and do your best to add extra movements into your days!
I can honestly say...You wonderful ladies are the BESTest in the LAND!
Hope to see your beautiful faces soon!
Jules

CONGRATULATIONS!
You are a true inspiration. Having you girls around to "brag" about your weight loss MAKES me get on my treadmill. (and you should brag!)
I just got a whole bunch of hand-me downs from Lisa...some were yours. I started this journey in a tight 28, and went into surgery in a SUPER tight 24...yesterday I took out a size 22 and figured that I would see how much more I would have to lose to even get the pants buttoned...
WELL........ not only could I button them, I zipped them up without laying down!!!! Now they are sung on me, but not so snug that I cannot wear them in public (just with a shirt covering this fat belly)
So, THANK YOU for losing the weight and supplying some "skinny" pants for me...I will be chasing you for the size 12's !!! LOL
Again, Congratulations!!!!
~Ruth
PS...I'll see you on the 19th

Julie, when I first went to the seminar to learn about this whole surgery thing, you were in the same hospital recovering from your surgery. I have been watching you and learning from you and I have to say, I cannot wait until I get to have the surgery too. I get so nervous and worried about this surgery, then i read something you say and the others here on the board, and I get my confidence back and my determination. You and all the other members here really play a vital part to the inspiration for us. Thank you and Congratulations to your unbelievable success!! Take care and God Bless! Eldy
