Veteran's Day

 I just wanted say Thank You to all the Veteran's out there today, and also to say a special Thanks to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice while serving.  Bless you and your families, and my wish is that our troops come home soon, and more inportantly - healthy and safe.

Great post Cara - I feel the same way. It's definitely humbling knowing that there are soldiers fighting for us and who have fought for us.

Joe and I went to the Veteran's Cemetary today to see his dad... sad day

I'm an Army Veteran from the Gulf War Era myself! I don't talk about it much.

Both of my Grandfathers, my Dad, my Hubby (just celebrated 29 years in) and three of my sons are veterans as well (One Army double-purple heart recipient, one Army National Guard and one Air Force Reserves).
