Women HELP ASAP
I am having an endometrial biopsy tomorrow, The GYN stated to take something for "mild cramping".
Pre-surgical, my choice of pain meds was 800 mg of Ibuprophen 2-3 times a day for at least 3 days.
I am currently having my period..sorry guys, but somethings just have to revealed...and it has not been very bad, Tylenol has been sufficient.
But from what I have heard about this procedure it is pretty painful...and they do not give any meds during the procedure...
So what can I take? I have Ibuprophen, Darvocet from post surgery, Tylenol...No liquid, no extended release.
What is your suggestions???
Thanks So Much!
Ruth

Hey Ruth,
I would suggest calling Dr. Pohl but it's probably a bit late for that.
When I worked OB/GYN we always suggested Ibuprofen as well.
I would think, Tylenol Arthritis or if you need something stronger, Vicodin.
Good luck my friend.
