I'm Home from Florida

Hi Everyone!

Metal DetectorI'm very happy to be home!   Pilot

When I got to Florida, the first thing I did was plug in my laptop and check out my family here on OH. It was raining the first two days and hubby was working.

You were all my link to 'diet' sanity! I actually LOST 1/4 pound. It's the first time EVER I have gone on vacation and actually LOST something!

I was surprised to see how easy it was to stick to my program! I brought my meds/vitamins and stayed on task the entire time I was there! So much better than any other actual program I have ever been on! I was able to pick and choose the healthiest foods, cooked just the way I needed it. As usual, I recorded every single morsel I put into my mouth! This really helped. I would record at night before going to bed. Even if I didn't calculate everything right away, it really kept me aware of my goals and eating schedule (I eat every 5 hours).

I only had one dumping experience. It was horrendous! I had lean pastrami followed by a fresh fruit cup and double-dumped! I later learned they grilled the pastrami in BUTTER! And since my digestive system was already on the way to a fat dump, it made me more sensitive to the 'sugar' dump. Scary but I got over it - the next day.

Overall, I had no problems!

I went to Walt Disney World and Epcot Center (walked and pushed in a wheel chair), I walked along the beach with hubba wubbins,  Swimmer swam in the hotel pool, walked Bayshore Blvd, walked and frolicked in the ocean water,

Boardwalk walked at Clearwater and area stores to buy trinkets for the fam, went para-sailing,

Boating 2 dolphin watching, I had a spa day and my first ever pedicure and lived a life I've never experienced before!

Blue Tang Oh yeah! And I saw Dory!!! Just keep sipping, just keep sipping, just keep sipping, sipping, sipping.......

Woman In Rollers Today..... I am unpacking, relaxing and

Patriots watching the football games! GO PATS!!!

Living Life!

Ain't it great?!

I'm glad you had such a wonderful time.  It sounds like it was an awesome trip... minus the dumping, of course.

So many new and glorious experiences... I'm so happy for you and the successes you've had.

Call me when you're rested, we need to catch up!

Hugs,
Vicky
