Okay!! My goal was to lose 50 pounds from my surgery date and to have it done before my appointment with Dr. Ryder this coming Wed...AS OF TODAY.....50.5 POUNDS LOST SINCE JULY 11!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Some things I have noticed:
~Size 16 is sweeter!
~My bath towels fit around me now!!
~I look pretty good in jeans now!
~I have the drive and motivation to move onto my next goal of losing another 25 pounds!!
~This is the first Halloween that I have not been even tempted to dive headlong into the Brach's Candy Pumpkin display at CVS!!!!
I am loving this!!!!!

That's fantastic Marie!!!  (I was just noticing the bath towel thing myself- nice isn't it to not have to decide which part of you will be exposed as you trek to the bedroom- lol)

Dr Ryder will be so proud!!  (as you must be as well!)

hi marie,  i am so happy for you in losing the weight and feeling great about it.  some of the things that you mentioned are great and i have noticed the same things also. the towel was the first thing along with my neck and face.  good luck with your next 25 lbs. and whatever you do and hoping that it makes you happier everyday.

Congrats Marie...  I love the bath towel thing.  I always had to use the bath sheet because it was bigger, but now any bath towel wraps around me with room to spare.  That is a great way to notice your weight loss.

Your doing awesome, you will be at your next goal in no time..
