Greeting all, I told you guys last week that i had a slighty abnormal thalium stress test, i saw a cardiolgist and after a few tests and looking at my film from nuke stress test , everything is normal, and so i go forward on my quest to change my lifestyle and i am sure it will a tough task, but i am up to it !!!

Rob, I noticed you are a pats fan, are you going to game sunday, i have season tickets, i coach pop warner football, but since we are not in the playoffs i have a few more tailgates before my eating will change, go pats !! we are now in the matt cassel era !!! ha ha
