Hi Ya'll,
I cant believe it October 16th marked my 4 year suregaversary!! I cant believe it time flies when you are getting healthy

LOL.. I started at 439 and now am at 198... Still cant believe it. Dec 1st I will be going for my first plastics surgery AHHHHHH

Congratulations Diana! That is great. You are an inspiration to many of us. It is nice to know that even after four years you still come to the support groups. I think this is why we need to go to the meetings to help others as well as ourself. Have a great day!
