You will get there too. Your just starting out. I don't know if I have mastered it yet because I still have my bad days. I guess we all will from time to time. Only thing I can tell you is take is one day at a time. Do what the doctor tell you. Tell yourself everyday I did this to get my health back and I will keep doing this. I also now this might sound funny but work for me put sign on FRIG> No food in here today, I am not hungry I am bored, and NO NO NO don't touch not time to eat. Things like that and for me it work.
