We are very excited, but I also know there is a chance that it wont happen.  We are doing a "Short Sale" and the bank has to approve us for both a short sale and then accept the offer.  It could also take us 3-6 months to close, but I am closer to being w/ my husband now than I was yesterday!!!!!  It has already been 2 months, and I am going nuts!

Jen- I am soo excited for you!  It can't be easy- 2 homes- 2 coasts- and a split family.  I hope this is the one!  I hate to see you go and will miss you, but I know you will keep in touch.  You are a sweetie and deserve happiness!

Has been difficult, but we are managing.  We only have the 1 home.  Tom unfortunatly has to live on board the ship until we get there.  Hopefully, ths will all be over soon and we can get back to normal..
