Which food is your favorite....
Weird, cos to me the butterscotch has practically no taste, and I used to like it a lot. I tried the pineapple ones too...I prefer the orange and grape. My son eats all the cherry ones cos I don't like cherry flavored anything - except cherries.

When you get older, you realize it's a lot less about your place in the world but your place in you. It's not how everyone views you, but how you view yourself. - Natalie Portman
Hi all
I was reading all of the posts on pizza. I just had pizza the other day, (first time in awhile) and I had one piece of a regular pizza and that was enough for me. BS (before surgery) I could eat like someone said half of one. One piece was enough and I ate it very slowly because when I eat fast, I pay for it as i try to digest. (pain and very unconfortable). I took a long time to eat that one piece and it was great. I don't often make the healthier version of food because I know I will only cook for for a short time and go back to the original version. I still have issues with protein and its been over 2 years since my RNY. I can only eat a very small portion of protein (as in meats) fish isnt a problem, nor is pork but beef and chicken is still hard on me..especially chicken. It seems like we are all so differnt because many of you dont seem to have a problem with protein. Even scrambled eggs are sometimes hard for me to eat, while carbs are great going down, especially salads. I try to eat salad quite a bit of the time. The bad carbs go down really well too. (not good) I try to watch those. Also I have to say that if you tend to gain a few pounds when you have gotten down to what you would like to weigh...it does seem easier to lose as soon as you give up what you know made you gain the weight...I have a much easier time losing after the RNY.
