Hi everyone! Just wanted to let you know I got out of there and am home again, only now I am banded!! Will have to tell you more in detail, but the short run-down. There was no room on 4 Central, so they put me and another woman who was also banded yesterday in a room on 4 East. It was not the experience I had hoped for. Especially the 3-11 nurse I had was bad, tho my roommate had a good one...go figure. Anyway, I did have the gas pains, but I walked a LOT, and it helped. It was a long nite and I didn't sleep much at all...but I am home now and thrilled to be here and on the loser's bench.

Sorry to hear that your night in the hospital was not great. But you are home now and on that bench for life with us. Nice to have you here. Go get some rest and remember sip sip sip and walk walk walk. I am so happy for you.

Hey Rob, well I do hope to make it Thurs. Looking forward to seeing everyone. And I have a bag of nectars for you. Thought I would bring em that nite. Hope to see you then. I'm feeling pretty good. Can't eat anything tho..trip. The whole time in the hospital all they gave me was water...nothing else...so I couldn't wait to have some broth when I got home. Since I got here, I've had about 1/2 cup of broth and just spent the better part of an hour drinking a protein shake. I'm STUFFED! Gotta love it! You'll be singing the praises soon. Can't wait for it to be your turn!!

THANKS!!! I'm so happy to be here, finally! I didn't sleep much in the hospital last nite so when I got home, I took a yummy Vicodin and hit the sheets. I slept for 3 hrs. It felt great! Now I am walking a bit and working on getting some water in. I'm so full, on nothing! I LOVE that!!
