Tomorrow is MY day! Finally!!

Well, after my long journey which began on Valentine's Day with my husband on a date to the Weight Loss Seminar given by Dr. Pohl, through all the testing, a 3 month detour of documented nutrition counseling and exercising with a trainer to satisfy my insurance company, and two weeks on a modified liquid diet (losing 15 pounds I might add), I am finally down to the all liquid day, which culminates in my band surgery tomorrow.  I have to be at the hospital for 11:00 Eastern Time and surgery is at 12:30.

I have had a very emotional 2 weeks - facing a lot of demons without having food to get me through it, and although I have shed a lot of tears, I feel really good about my decision to go forward and get my tool.  I plan to work it, baby!  Let's get this show on the road!!!
