My new Fav!!!!!!

OMG, I have found my new favorite food.  Chobani Greek yogurt.  It comes in 4 flavors (at S+S anyway) Blueberry, Strawberry, Peach and Vanilla.  They are soooo delicious and loaded with protein.  It is higher in calories that other yogurts, but I feel much more satisfied after eating this.  I also use the plain in place of Sour Cream.  It is nice to add the extra protein whenever you can.  Try it and tell me what you think!

Hi Jen!

I LOVE CHOBANI! I get the Plain 0% Fat and add what ever I want to it. One small cup is only 100 Cals / 0 Fat and has a whopping 18g Protein! I buy a lot of it when S&S has it on sale for 10/$10!

Ithink it's even better than FAGE greek yogurt because it's cheaper!

I mix it with so many different things:

Splenda

Vanilla extract

Apply Pie Spice

Pumpkin Pie Spice

Plain baking Cocoa

DaVinci syrups

etc....

And like you said, so satisfying and filling too! So yummers!

It is 10/10 right now!!!!  OOHHH canned pumpkin and pie spice, YUMMO!!!!! and even more protein!!!

I  saw these at the store yesterday and nearly got them because you would talk about the Fage Greek Yogurt before.  I will definately have to try it now!!

 I've been eating Chobani forever, but I have to stick with the plain because of the sugar content in the flavors.  Love it.  My firg in my classroom is stocked with the individual size containers.

Jen - I love this too - I found they had it at work in the cafeteria.  What I was doing though is only mixing a bit of the fruit into the yogurt so that I didn't get all the sugar.  But, then I started having alot of stomach trouble... like a constant feeling of fullness no matter what I ate - so the only thing I could think of was the yogurt.... stopped eating it and my stomach felt much better.   I'll have to try it again, cuz I do love it so.
