lol Jules - you just might! My schedule always depends on what the kids schedule is for the evening - but I'd really like to make a support group meeting. I am really interested in finding a maintanance group meeting - I am within a pound of my goal and don't know where to go from here. I honestly cant' see me eating much more than I'm eating right now. I know if I were to continue losing - I certainly wouldn't melt away right now - but what happens if you keep losing? How does your body know when enough is enough? Like I said - no worries about that happening right now - but want to find out how to proceed from here.
oh, and Julie - there is always coffee and shopping? lol Let me know if you have a sunday afternoon free

Pam,
You look awesome and I really think you should start to maintain. When you find out how, let me know. I still have 25 lbs to go to be at goal and like 18 to be in the normal range. I am at no risk of melting away. I think they say somehting like add an additional snack sometime throughout the day to bump the calories up just a bit. You done want to over do it. Congrats on your success, you look awesome!
