Rob ~ Don't some of the things from her recipe assortment look really yummy and delicious? Really enjoy reading her blog and getting ideas. Saw that pizza post myself and will keep it in mind for once I'm through the puree and soft food stages.
So impressive that you've gotten through those the 3 months on your liquid diet. Keep on with the amazing work.
Feeling like this road to getting healthier can certainly be a challenging one with cravings thrown at us like potholes along the way. ~ Sandy
Hi ROB!!
I make these pizzas all the time. I love them and so do my kids actually because they get to make their own personal one. Once you're ready I highly recommend trying them. But you know, I hear that they pale in comparison to those optifast shakes ;-)
On a side note, Keep up the awesome job! You'll be having the surgery in no time! and remember to try some Divinci syrups if you want to mix up those shakes some. You're welcome to come by any time and try any I have (I'm up to about 20 flavors now!)

Angela, where are you getting them? I found a few at Walmart, and I've seen them at Shaw's but they were the same flavors. Stop n Shop near me is not carrying them. Are you getting them online or somewhere around here?

I've found several at Home Goods and TJ Maxx. Its alway**** or miss though, so you never know what if anything they will have. I've also found several at Marshalls. I have mostly Davinci, but some Artisian as well. Usually all I find at Stop and Shop or Walmart is Vanilla and hazlenut.
The rest I ordered through Netrition.com, They only charge 4.95 for shipping regardless of what I get, so I usually wait and put an order in when I need to get a lot of stuff. And I always receive the order the following day, which is awesome! (if anyone is coming on the 20th and interested in putting together an order let me know.)
I wish I could find a local source for Davinci, but I've searched high and low and havent found on yet. I LOVE using the sugar free syrups and use them for everything now. (My new favorite is cottage cheese with flavors added for breakfast)
