Welcome to the Forum!
I loved the Campbell Soup Reduced Fat/Cal (green on can) broccoli and cheese (blenderized), creamed mushroom, creamed chicken and creamed celery soups when I was early out.
You can also have cream of wheat and grits too!
Experiment! Let us know if you come up with anything new!
