Today is the Roger Williams Support Group! I'm excited!!! Then, after, I get to go have coffee with one of my favorite people

Here is my menu for today.

B - 3/4 cup of Kashi Go Lean and 1/4 cup of whole Milk with 1 strawberry cut up and mixed in

S - 1 cup of strawberries cut w/ splenda

L - 2.5 meatballs

D - Wendy's Chili

D2 - 1.5 egg whites, 3 small slices of bacon and 1 slice of whole grain cinnamon raisin toast

I was a little low on calories today and I worked a much earlier shift so I started eating earlier in the day so I planned a 2nd dinner to up my calories.

Totals for the day:

Calories - 794 Fat - 28.9g Carbs - 74g Protein - 64g

B-one  wheat french toast mixed with egg and small amount of skim milk

s- 6 almonds

L- omg  forgot to eat lunch.  not good

s- 6 almonds

D- left over chicken 2 oz  steak 1 oz  vegi  with potatoes 3 smal cubes  ate the meet then the vegi then the potatoes .

s- on skinny cow ice cream on a stick

Ok im in again 2 days in a row posting but i am off to VT to the camp for the weekend so i will not post till tuesday.

B  -   1 egg scrambled but spiced up, with reduced fat shredded cheese, morning star sausage patty, 1 slice 15 grain toast. 1 stringster melted on the toast.

L  -   1 wendys chili i put low fat part skim shredded cheese at home on it, and 1 multigrain english muffin from thomas the double fiber kind with 1 stringer melted on it.

D  -  3 atrichoke hearts small, 1  6oz peice of chicken margarita made by my close friend Marco owner of Bella Napoli Route 44 Johnston go try some food there its really good.  He has slamming eggplant which i cant have due to kidney stones but i stand by it 100% its the closest to my grand mothers i have had since she passed a long time ago, 3 atrichoke hearts small

S  -  2 peanut butter cookies the ones i make

I also drink around 3 liters of crystal light a day everyday so i dont pass out

you wont see me post calories or fat or totals like that because i know in my head what i can have and can't.  I have trained myself to know the difference.  Im not any different than you all i just do not have the time to figure these things out.

Forgot my yogurt on the kitchen counter so had NO breakfast...

L-2.5 meatballs from Subway and a few bites of their Italian Parm bread

D-Grilled cheese with tuna and tomato...yummy but I ate too much of it!
