One year ago.....

So today one year ago I had my surgery!
Hard to believe it's gone by so fast.  I can honesty say I would not have changed a thing, and wished I have done this sooner.  It's not a quick cure, it took lots of hard work, and I know for the rest of my life I have to work at living a healthy lifestyle.
I have  1 1/2 pounds to goal and then it's time to really start working on that new wardrobe and do the really hard part, maintenance!
I wanted to thank all those who have given me such great advise and listen over the last year and wish all those on this board great success in their journeys.

Things have been so crazy at work,,,,haven't left the office earlier than 7 all this week, but hopefully next month will calm down and I'll be able to get to one of the meetings.  I would like to see everyone and how well they have done.

You look great.  1 1/2 lbs has probably already left your body.  Now its time to splurge and get all the kinds of clothes that you couldn't  fit into a year ago.  Have fun.
