L - 2.5 meatballs
S - 7 shrimp ****tail
D - 1.5 egg whites, 2 slices of bacon and 1 slice of whole grain cinnamon raisin toast
S - 3/4 cup of NF SF Maple Walnut Ice Cream!!

B- 1/2 cup life ceral with skim milk Not alot of skim milk
s- 1/2 banana
L- 1/2 cup of left over shepards pie made with turkey beef.
s- 1/2 bottle of isopure
D- hubbby took me out I had a salad I order a steak and chicken with vegi combo. I had one pease of the steak and 3 bite of the vegi and took the rest home.
s- 1 skinny cow ice cream on a stick.

plus so far got 4 glasses of water in me
B - 1 egg scrambled but spiced up, with reduced fat shredded cheese, morning star sausage patty, 1 slice 15 grain toast. 1 stringster melted on the toast.
L - 3oz Chicken breast sandwich on 15 grain bread with lol lite cheese and fat free mayo, 2 small peices of water melon
D - Chicken Italiano, 5 oz grilled chicken with 1/4 c green beans and small roasted potatoe in tomato sauce all mixed together but lol protein first then veggie, and potato last.
Not sure I'll do this each and every day because I write every morsel I put into my mouth into a notebook every day. But here's today's!

S- 11 oz EAS low carb shake (prior to going to gym)
L- 4 oz shrimp with home made ****tail sauce
D- TGI Fridays - Sizzling Shrimp & Chicken with mashed tatoes. (only two bites of cheese) Brought 3/4 of Shrimp, Ckn and tatoes home.

592 Cals - 84 grams Protein - 11 gms Fat (I don't count carbs because I keep each and every serving below 5 total carbs each)
